Brighton Bakes, launched almost 10 years ago, is my bespoke baking and catering service. I like nothing more than coming to a client’s home or venue, and giving them a taste of Brighton, a taste of my home kitchen.

I’m a recommended caterer for a number of wedding and hospitality venues in Brighton such as Fabrica, The Basement and the Brunswick Square Hotel. I work closely with the 1930s tea salon Metrodeco and accommodation providers Beatnik Productions on their bookings and events.
I’m a trusted personal chef to celebrities and event organisers alike, and enjoy demonstrating at food festivals up and down the country. Read more about me here.
