At a wedding, the food is scrutinised more than usual – and most importantly of all, it should be reflective of you both – vibrant and personal.

From the traditional three-course sit-down meal to an overflowing buffet table piled high with treats; a vintage afternoon tea to a picnic served from hampers in the evening, let me create a bespoke day for you that makes you happy, and leaves you free to enjoy your guests – and each other!

Special diets are always made to feel special, and I have lots of experience in vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free catering for large events.

Sample Session –

Planning your wedding is exciting, with so many things to think about, and hiring a caterer is an important decision to make about your big day. A face-to-face meeting at the initial planning stage can be helpful when making your decision. If you are interested in a wedding booking, it’s my pleasure to offer you and your partner a free sample session, where you can try a wide range of dishes from your bespoke menu.  It’s a great chance to see what your food would taste like, and also ask any questions you may have, about anything from the menu to logistics and staff. It definitely helps to be hungry beforehand!

Serving Platters –

Serving platters served to table at weddings are one of my specialities.  They work fantastically well in rustic, outdoorsy settings, and can be more cost-effective than a three-course sit-down meal.  Big wooden boards piled high with delicious dishes are placed in the middle of the table, and guests help themselves to as much or as little as they like – the perfect conversation starter!

The Wedding Cake & Dessert Table –

I offer a complete wedding catering service, include making your wedding cake and any other sweet treats such as wedding favours and petit fours. Dessert Tables are becoming a more and more popular way of offering your guests lots of choices for pudding, or even for a main meal in the evening. Logistics –

Organising a wedding means lots to think about, and I would be delighted to help with more than just menu planning. From staff hire to crockery and cutlery sourcing, tablecloths to chair covers, I can help with decisions and organise all this for you if necessary.

I also work closely with some brilliant and intriguing venues in and around Sussex, from country gastro-pubs to boutique inner-city hotels. I can recommend suppliers of unusual marquees, stationers, décor specialists, and some amazing wedding photographers too.
