Brighton Bakes, launched almost 15 years ago, is my bespoke baking and catering service. I love the idea of juxtaposing history and a fresh modern attitude.

I enjoy food styling for catalogue shoots, and have produced the edibles for the last three Steamer Trading Summer and Winter catalogues. I’m a recommended caterer for a number of wedding and hospitality venues in Brighton such as The Plotting Parlour, Fabrica, The Basement and the Brunswick Square Hotel. I work closely with Beatnik Productions on their bookings and events, and am a recommended caterer to accommodation providers ‘Hen Party Houses’ and ‘The Beach House in Hove’
