When planning our festival style wedding party for 130 guests we knew the food was important. After searching hundreds of websites and liaising with numerous suppliers our guts told us to go with Brighton Bakes. Our guts didn’t disappoint and they certainly didn’t go hungry. Every bit of every dish on the menu was incredible and our guests were raving about that food for days.
Jessica is a professional and her passion for food is evident. Her creativity in designing a menu meant it was easy to fit in with our theme and our budget. Her flexibility and patience made the whole process easy and stress free enabling us to focus on the rest of the day. We dropped in a last minute request for a cake and the beautiful white chocolate mud cake that arrived was an absolute show stopper! We feel pretty lucky to be able to say the best wedding food we have ever had was at our own
