We cannot recommend Brighton Bakes highly enough. Jessica catered for our wedding in March 2016 and did a fantastic job. She impressed us right from the initial contact where she quickly got to grips with what we wanted for our day and came up with creative suggestions which transformed our ideas for our menu into food that was really special and memorable.
Jessica was an enormous help in the planning of the wedding and went above and beyond in helping us to visualise our day and come in on budget. Food was always going to be at the heart of the day and it did not disappoint, as one of our younger guests remarked 100 out of 10!
